Women’s Craft Retreat is a big weekend planned for you and your friends!

Where: Hungry Mother Lutheran Retreat Center, 772 E. Hungry Mother Dr., Marion, VA 24354
Dates: May 31 to June 2 (Friday to Sunday)
Times: Arrive to check-in at 3pm on Friday. You can setup your craft(s) early before we start our crafting on Saturday. Sunday we can stay until 2pm.
Accommodations fur the Women’s Craft Retreat will be a bunk house and you will be provided a mattress and bunk bed only. Please bring all personal items: pillow, sheets, blanket and/or sleeping bag, toiletries, jacket, pjs, flashlight. Phone reception is usually not good for phone calls.
What to expect!
Friday night we will have Dinner and a Movie, with interesting questions afterward that are Christian based.
Saturday we will Craft! Craft! Craft!! ALL DAY and maybe ALL NIGHT!! (well, we will take meal/snack breaks)
Saturday evening we will have a worship service
Sunday we can craft even more and/or go on a hike!
*If you don’t have a craft we will have some to do, or you can read, rest, or hike, or ?
Meals
We are doing meal prep sharing. So… you will be assigned a breakfast, lunch, or dinner to help with, making the meal, serving, and clean up. We will contact you with your meal assignment and number of people. Food will be provided, you just have to prepare it. We will also have snacks and beverages available 24/7.
Meal times
Breakfast: 9am
Lunch: 1pm
Dinner: 5:30pm
If you are assigned a meal, please be sure to allow yourself enough time for preparation and clean up.
Cost: $180 for the entire weekend
$30 non-refundable deposit by April 27 and the remainder on the weekend (bring cash or check)
